Healing the Pituitary Gland: Sound, Intention, and the Solar–Crown Axis

Why the Pituitary Matters

The human body dances between two great systems:

At the heart of the endocrine web sits the pituitary gland—often called the “master gland.” About the size of a pea and nestled beneath the brain, it secretes hormones that signal other glands (thyroid, adrenals, ovaries/testes) and influences the release of insulin growth, fluid balance, and reproductive cycles.

When pituitary signaling is disrupted, people may experience patterns such as:

The Solar–Crown Axis in Energy Work

In our spiritual framework, disturbances (including what some call “black magic” or heavy intrusive energy) often register first at the Solar Plexus (personal power, digestion, emotional processing) and then at the Crown (connection, higher regulation). Many sensitives can “feel” dense, sticky energy gathered around the stomach long before the mind makes sense of it.

We work the Solar Plexus → Pituitary/Crown pathway intentionally:

  1. Disperse density at the Solar Plexus.
  2. Re-stabilize regulation at the Pituitary/Crown.

This mirrors a practical logic: clear what blocks the “lower hub,” then support the “master hub.”

A Leaf from the Buddha’s Teaching

Buddha once lifted a handful of dry leaves and asked: Which is greater—the leaves in my hand or the leaves in the forest?
The leaves in his hand symbolized essential teachings—the few practices sufficient for a lifetime.

In the same spirit, today we keep it simple: one clearing, one stabilizing, practiced well.

Today’s Technique: A Two-Bowl Solar–Pituitary Reset

Setting: Quiet room. Group seated in a circle around the receiver (the person receiving the session).
Receiver posture: Comfortable seat or supine, knees supported, jaw and belly soft.

Phase 1 — Disperse at the Solar Plexus (Metal Bowl, ~15 minutes)

Purpose: Break up trapped, heavy energy; restore flow in the center of will and digestion.

Steps

  1. Intention (group): “We clear what is not needed. We restore ease.”
  2. Placement: Primary metal singing bowl held/played near the Solar Plexus (upper abdomen, below the sternum).
  3. Play style: gentle circular motion. Let each tone fully bloom and fade.
  4. Breath (receiver): Inhale through the nose; exhale with a soft hum. The hum helps vibrate from the inside while the bowl vibrates from the outside.
  5. Observation: If the receiver burps, sighs, tears up, warms, or cools—these can be release signs. No forcing.

Facilitator cues

Phase 2 — Re-stabilize at the Pituitary/Crown (Crystal Bowl, ~15 minutes)

Purpose: Invite coherence at the master regulator (pituitary) and the crown field.

Steps

  1. Intention (group): “We stabilize the master gland. We invite clear, kind regulation.”
  2. Placement: Crystal bowl played while focusing on the pituitary gland and crown line. Avoid direct contact with the head; let the sound field bathe the area.
  3. Play style: Gentle, even tone.
  4. Receiver focus: Listen to the direction where the sound is most pleasant by turning head from left to right,
  5. Breath: Slow nasal breathing. If mind wanders, silently repeat: “Clear. Steady. Kind.”

Why crystal now?
Metal bowls excel at loosening density; crystal bowls often feel clarifying and spacious, helpful for “signal quality” at the crown/pituitary field.

When to Repeat

Closing Thought

We work with what’s essential—like the few leaves in the Buddha’s hand.
Clear the Solar Plexus, steady the Pituitary/Crown, breathe kindly, and let sound carry the burden you don’t need to hold.

May your master gland signal clearly.
May your body feel safe to regulate.
May your mind rest in simple, repeatable peace.
